At long last, I've finally finished college after 5 grueling years. The solemn graduation rite will be held on the last day of May. And I'm so looking forward to it. The summer classes had been harsh but at the same time enjoyable (believe me this time hehe). Those IAC units were really helpful to me 'cause without them, I would have never learned to discipline my sluggish self by prioritizing things as well as focusing on my weak points. Discipline perhaps is the only thing which I was struggling to find during the regular semesters. And discipline, I think, is the only thing which I will be needing to get through the CPA Board, taking all things into consideration. I just got my first taste of 3 in the IAC for Advanced Accounting in my entire Accounting major. Honestly speaking, I feel a little disappointed. But again, it's all my fault 'cause I became a little complacent by not answering all the Partnership questions in the final exam. I do deserve that grade but the most important thing is that I passed. Isn't it hehe? Partnership accounting, by the way, has been my achilles' heel despite my focus on it. Partnership (from its formation to liquidation) was even the area to blame why I almost failed Advanced Accounting II. Perhaps the reason why I passed the qualifying exams for the Accountancy program is simply because there was no Parntnership question in the qualifyings as far as I can remember. But enough for this kind of rant hehe. And by the way, my mind is already more than half-decided to live in a dorm for the rest of my review. It's just hard to say NO to a good friend, Jek. Ok, going on hehe. This entry is actually about my most memorable college moment worth sharing of. And the second part would be about the first encounter of my parents and my 'past' JUST LATELY at the drugstore. You might ask: What "past" am I talking about? Well, it would be about the first girl who shattered my heart into microscopic pieces (how mushy haha) and whom I only loved thus far (ultra-mushy for this). Just read on.
